Nature of the information
WINFDI is a professional platform for territorial intelligence, project preparation and connections between organisations and investors. Documentary references retain their source context and date: publication does not establish current availability, a commercial mandate, an independent valuation or an investment recommendation. Assessments are indicative self-evaluations, not certifications.
Invitation-only access
Accounts are activated through a personal, single-use, expiring invitation. Provide accurate professional information, hold authority to represent your organisation and protect your password. Do not share accounts. The assigned role determines available functions; registration does not automatically grant access to confidential documents.
Services and payments
Current invitation-only access does not require online payment. Payment functions are disabled and marked “Coming soon”. Any professional service, fee, timeline, commission or mandate requires a separate agreement. Saving a profile, expressing interest or completing an assessment is not a contract, investment commitment or funding guarantee.
Contributions and review
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of material you contribute. Provide sources, dates and usage rights; do not upload credentials, bank details or unnecessary sensitive data. WINFDI may request clarification, restrict access, reject or withdraw content because of missing rights, breaches, security issues or outdated information. Editorial review does not replace due diligence.
Termination and changes
You may request closure through your account or by email. Sessions may be ended and access suspended for breaches or security risks. Existing legal and confidentiality obligations retain their scope. Document versions are retained as evidence of acceptance; material changes requiring renewed acceptance will be communicated before applying to that relationship.
Applicable law and complaints
Applicable Spanish and European Union law governs this service. Disputes are subject to the courts competent under the applicable rules, without restricting mandatory consumer rights where relevant. Enquiries and complaints may be sent to info@miguelmartin.global.
