Authority and rights
When submitting a project, you confirm your authority to act for the organisation and provide its data and documents. Identify the asset, ownership and proposed transaction accurately, and hold the rights needed for review and possible publication on WINFDI. Do not claim exclusivity or availability without supporting evidence.
Preparation, review and changes
You may save drafts and submit them for review. WINFDI may request changes, admit, validate, publish, reject or archive an application. Admission is not publication, financial validation or acceptance of a mandate. Report material changes and correct outdated information. Review notes are retained in the application history.
Confidentiality and commercial relationship
Select the appropriate access level and provide only what is necessary. Private documents are not made public by submitting the form. Investor introductions require WINFDI coordination. No funding or number of contacts is promised. Fees, services and financial terms are agreed separately; this version takes no online payments.
Applicable law and complaints
