Parties and purpose
This agreement is between DLANPER TECH SLU and the professional identified in the acceptance, who confirms authority from the named organisation. It applies to the opportunity identified on the acceptance screen. Information is provided solely to assess a potential professional relationship or investment, with no obligation to contract or complete a transaction.
Protected information and exceptions
Protection covers non-public information marked confidential or reasonably understood to be confidential, including documents and communications linked to the application. It excludes information the recipient can demonstrate was public without breach, already lawfully known, lawfully obtained from a third party without a duty of confidence, or independently developed.
Recipient obligations
Use information only for the stated purpose, with reasonable care and access limited to those who need to know and are bound by equivalent duties. Do not publish, redistribute or use it for other purposes without written permission. Do not share credentials or access links. Promptly report known unauthorised access or disclosure to info@miguelmartin.global. Legally compelled disclosures must be limited to what is required and notified beforehand where legally permitted.
Duration, return and limits
Platform access lasts up to one year from acceptance and may be revoked; confidentiality duties continue while the information remains confidential. When the purpose ends or upon a justified request, cease use and return or delete copies, except legally required retention, which remains protected. No intellectual property licence or guarantee of accuracy, availability or return is granted; any transaction requires its own due diligence and contract.
Evidence of acceptance
Acceptance requires a verified account, reading and express acceptance of this text, and confirmation with the current password. The exact version and its hash, opportunity, professional identity, organisation, date, IP and browser are recorded. This is electronic acceptance of these terms and is not presented as a qualified electronic signature. You may request a copy of the evidence and text at info@miguelmartin.global.
Applicable law and complaints
Applicable Spanish and European Union law governs this service. Disputes are subject to the courts competent under the applicable rules, without restricting mandatory consumer rights where relevant. Enquiries and complaints may be sent to info@miguelmartin.global.
