Smart IPA: supporting the entire investment cycle

An operational reading of promotion services, from intelligence to aftercare.

The Smart IPA proposal organises territorial work around intelligence, management, establishment and retention. Investment attraction does not end with a campaign: it requires traceable conversations, local knowledge and the ability to respond to concrete needs. Management connects territorial information with company requests and coordination between stakeholders. Establishment support helps locate resources, identify counterparts and understand processes. Aftercare sustains relationships with established companies and identifies expansion needs. This is a working methodology from the shared collection. Technology described in the proposal is not presented as operational automation merely because it appears in the document. WINFDI connects this reading with its catalogue, assessment and workspaces.
