What makes an investment profile useful

A shared comparison structure with technical fields adapted to each sector.

The shared catalogue model starts with the asset, location, promoter and development status. Technical detail then varies: an industrial plot needs energy and water information; a hotel needs demand and operations data; a digital centre needs connectivity and talent. Greenfield projects, expansions and rehabilitation have different levels of readiness. Distinguish what exists from what is planned: land, permits, services, studies, design, construction and operations. Financial estimates require a date, currency and scope. WINFDI applies this structure to documentary references: description, components, declared stage, source and page. Unknown facts remain pending. A published catalogue reference does not replace a promoter’s availability confirmation. Source: Ideal City Investment Catalogue model, sections 2 and 4.
